Aspiring Law

restyle | icons | publications

During my trip through New Zealand I worked as a freelancer at Aspiring Law, a small law firm in Wanaka. Here I have been working on an identity restyle, business cards, icons and various online and offline publications.

Their name comes from the Aspiring National Park, which is close to Wanaka. The triangle shape in the logo refers to a mountain and the letter A. They wanted to keep this symbol, because of its recognisability. To implement the symbol in the rest of the identity, I used a basic triangle. The triangle is a versatile element to use and visible throughout the whole identity.

I suggested to create an icon set, to make their diversity of services more visible and visually attractive. The style is abstract and corporate, but despite its simplicity it is also recognisable and friendly.
